The reminders dialog provides a single point for a collection of relevant events. It takes the form of a single heirarchical list containing events that are due to take place on the current day, events that need to actioned on the current day, or events that need preparation for the immediate future.

Double-clicking an entry in each collection of events will display the relevant functional area of Pergamon (if appropriate) for further action.

Note: Collections are not displayed unless there are items for display within the collection.

This collection provides a list of circulations that are now due on the current day. Selecting an %ITEM% in this list will display the Circulations dialog and automatically load the relevant %ITEM% and %AGENT% combination for return.

This collection displays a list of %ITEMS% that are currently reserved for %AGENT% and which are now available for issue. Note that this list does not take into account reservations that would be blocked due to a prior, overriding advanced booking.

Selection of any %ITEM% in this list will display the Circulations dialog and automatically load the relevant %ITEM% for issue.

This collection provides a list of %ITEMS% that have been specifically booked for use by an %AGENT% on the current day. While some %ITEMS% may be booked for pickup, others may require delivery according to local configuration.
