Select (Lookup) Item

The select %ITEM% dialog is used to select an %ITEM% from the catalogue. There are many reasons why the dialog may be required including:

• Selecting an %ITEM% for attachment to an existing %ITEM%
• Confirming that an %ITEM% does not already exist prior to creating a new one with the same HID

Either the HID or the title of the required %ITEM% should be entered into the available text field. Any results that match the entered pattern are displayed in the list box below. Select an %ITEM% from the list prior to selecting [save] in order to select the %ITEM%.
