The Support Forum, also known as The Crow's Nest, is an area where you can search for an issue that you may have to see whether anyone else has had the same fault and reported it; or report it yourself.

It is always wise to search for a faulty before reporting it yourself, as it may be an issue which is known and is being worked upon, or already has a fix that you can implement.
