Reports: Archive
The [Reports Archive] provides a means to list and view reports that have been created and stored within the Mystic reports archive. The files stored in the reports archive can be directly accessed using the File Manager, but are most conveniently viewed and printed from this dedicated [Reports Archive] utility.
On initial display of the [Reports Archive], the left hand lists displays all of the report PDFs that have been stored in the archive. Click any of these reports to display the PDF contents on the right hand side of the dialog.
Note that the display of PDF's is generally controlled by the capabilities of the PDF display engine in your local browser. Additional functionality available to you in this area after displaying the PDF is therefore beyond the coverage of this document.
Printing Report PDF
In order to print a hard-copy of a PDF select the PDF from the list of available reports. Once displayed, click the [Print] button to print the file to a local printer.
Note: The PDF display used by your local browser may also provide additional facilities to print or download the report.
Deleting Report PDFs
In order to delete the report from the archive, select the PDF from the list of available reports. Once displayed, click the [Delete] button to remove the underlying file.
Note that deletion removes the underlying file from the cloud storage system. Once removed, the report can not be recovered.
