Using Paging

This feature is only available from v1.0.96 onwards.

The Paging System is designed to allow you to limit the number of items that appear in the left hand list without implementing a filter, but also applies to a filtered list as well. This is so that any filtered or unfiltered list which is excessive in size can be managed so as to limit scrolling or save resources in a slow workstation.

In order to use Paging, select [Info] > [Options] > [Page Listing…] then select to view All, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1000 records at a time.

  • If All has been selected, the listing will display all of the items in the filtered / unfiltered selection, provide a count of how many records were found and selection is only possible by scrolling up and down in the list.

  • If any numeric option is selected, the listing will display only that number of items from the filtered / unfiltered selection, provide the current page number and total number of pages available, as well as display [back] and [forwards] navigation buttons in the toolbar to move forwards and backwards through the pages.

Note - When using the paging system, it is far better to have Flat display turned on as the display of hierarchical Series folders can be confusing.
