Bookmarking Items and Readers
Occasionally, it is useful to 'bookmark' a reader or an item which the staff user wishes to return to at a later date. This may be because of further editing work that needs to be done, or because the item or reader needs to be investigated.
In order to 'bookmark' the item or reader, select the [Bookmark] toolbar icon in the [State] toolbar group. This icon is a toggle button, so to remove the bookmark simply click the [Bookmark] toolbar icon again at a later stage when the bookmark is no longer necessary.
Accessing Bookmarked Records
In order to access a saved bookmark, select the [Staff Menu] on the right hand side any main toolbar, and select the [Bookmark] option. If any bookmarks are available, this menu option will expand into a sub-menu for each of the bookmarks available for use.
Click the bookmark required to display a Catalogue or Reader manager to view / edit the record.
