Login and Logoff
Login
As LostPlot is an online system, and the documents that you write should be accessible only to you, LostPlot implements a secure user based login system.
In order to login to LostPlot, enter the unique user name that you have been assigned, or alternately the email address that is attached to your account into the first field. Enter your personal password into the second field and click [OK] to try and login.
Logoff
Once you have finished using LostPlot, you should always log out of the application to prevent unauthorised users from accessing your documents.
In order to logoff from LostPlot, click the [Exit] button in the main toolbar of the application, making sure that you have saved any changes to your work.
It is often best to click the [Close] button in the main toolbar before logging off if only for personal reassurance that your work is saved and correctly closed.
