The [My Full Profile] option satisfies the requirements of the GDRP and all associated data protection legislation which requires readers to be able to view any data which is held on them by the system.

The My Full Profile facility allows readers to view all of this information without the need to submit requests to the data protection officer of the organisation.

While this option can be turned off, in practice the Mystic application is principally a library management application - unless certain special features of Mystic are enabled, there is little or no sensitive data stored within the database and therefore this feature reduces administrative overhead.

The listing is sub-divided into two main areas:

• Part 1 - Personal Information (e.g. name, DoB, date started in the library etc.)
• Part 2 - Borrowing History (listing all items borrowed from the library)

The reader can print the details using the [Print] button at th borrow of the dialog.
