+The **[My Full Profile]** option satisfies the requirements of the GDRP and all associated data protection legislation which requires readers to be able to view any data which is held on them by the system.

+The **My Full Profile** facility allows readers to view all of this information without the need to submit requests to the data protection officer of the organisation.
